Senior Manager

We are looking for experienced and capable Senior Managers to lead business functions,

teams and strategic projects across multiple industries in Canada and Australia.

The role is suitable for experienced professionals from Operations, Commercial, Business

Development, and other management backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, managing business

performance, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day business, operational or functional activities.
• Develop and implement business plans, strategies and performance objectives.
• Manage teams and provide leadership, direction and performance guidance.
• Set departmental goals, KPIs and measurable performance targets.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs and resource utilisation.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation and operational improvement.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
• Manage projects, initiatives and strategic business programs from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, partners and other stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management and commercial activities where applicable.
• Monitor supply chain, logistics and operational performance where relevant to the function.
• Review business processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Identify operational, financial and commercial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Resolve complex operational and business issues through effective decision-making.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
