Timely review of PDCA / Deep analysis and guidance to team in each Plant No. of PDCA completed

Promote the culture of QCC in the AIS No. of QCC across the group

Establish & Strengthen the Daily Work Management practices in all plants

To Identify the MPS (Maruti Production System) projects at Bawal Plant No. of MPS project identified

Coordination To coordinate the visits of our TQM consultant

To Coordinate the MPS related activities at Bawal Plant . Updation of activities
