Job Title: IPQA - Senior Manager

Department: Quality Assurance Experience Required: 12 18 Years Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented IPQA professionals with a strong background in API manufacturing and exposure to GMP-regulated environments. As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all manufacturing and packaging activities meet regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Process Quality Assurance

Perform in-process checks for OSD manufacturing in compliance with approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.

Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements.

Review and verify online documentation, logbooks, and batch records.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure GMP compliance during all production activities.

Initiate, review, and close deviations, change controls, incidents, and CAPA.

Support investigations for process deviations and non-conformances.

Oversight & Line Clearance

Perform line clearance for manufacturing and sampling areas.

Monitor and verify cleanliness, equipment status, and readiness before batch initiation.

Quality Systems Support

Participate in internal audits, compliance walks, and risk assessments.

Support implementation of continuous improvement practices and data integrity initiatives.

Process Support

Ensure real-time quality monitoring during sampling, dispensing, granulation, drying, purification, filtration, and packaging activities.

Coordinate with Production, QC, and Engineering for troubleshooting and process improvements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of GMP, cGMP, and regulatory expectations (USFDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.).

Excellent documentation, observation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Profile:

12-18 years of experience in IPQA or QA functions within OSD.

Hands-on experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical plants.

Educational background in M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
