Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through partnership development and drive revenue growth through strategic alliances.
• Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in NBFC.
• Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving business results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
