Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the courier/logistics sector.
• Develop and implement effective labor compliance programs to minimize risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with HR teams to develop policies, procedures, and training materials related to labor compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement in labor practices.

Job Requirements :

• 9-13 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. OSHA).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful labor compliance programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
