Senior Manager

Role Purpose

To manage and streamline end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, accurate employee records, and timely delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely HRMS updates.
• Manage HRMS processes, employee master data, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams for payroll inputs, attendance, leave, deductions, and employee changes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, reports, and workforce-related analytics.
• Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR operational issues.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation within HR Operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for HR-related services.
• Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR SOPs, policies, and process guidelines.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management preferred.

Preferred Profile

Experience in a large, multi-location organization, preferably healthcare, hospital, corporate, or service industry, with strong exposure to HR operations, HRMS, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and HR reporting.
