Role Overview PaRa Music is looking for a Senior Manager – YouTube Monetisation to lead the management and growth of our YouTube ecosystem across music and entertainment content. The role will be responsible for YouTube CMS operations, content rights management, channel optimisation, and revenue growth across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Manage YouTube CMS, including asset ingestion, metadata, rights management, and policy control. •⁠ ⁠Handle Content ID, claims, disputes, and copyright protection for music assets. •⁠ ⁠Drive channel growth through optimisation of titles, thumbnails, tags, playlists, and publishing strategy. •⁠ ⁠Analyse performance using YouTube Analytics and implement growth and monetisation strategies. •⁠ ⁠Work closely with content, marketing, and distribution teams on release planning and amplification. •⁠ ⁠Manage multiple channels and large video catalogues efficiently. Experience Required •⁠ ⁠8–10 years of experience managing YouTube channels and CMS operations. •⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on expertise in YouTube CMS, Content ID, and digital rights management. •⁠ ⁠Experience working with music labels, media companies, digital publishers, or entertainment networks is mandatory. •⁠ ⁠Proven track record of growing YouTube channels and improving monetisation.
