Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Transaction Advisory with hands-on experience in transaction structuring, M&A advisory, due diligence, valuations, and execution of corporate restructuring transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transaction structuring, M&A advisory, and corporate restructuring assignments.
• Execute mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and other restructuring transactions.
• Conduct financial, tax, and commercial due diligence.
• Prepare valuation reports, transaction advisory deliverables, and client presentations.
• Advise clients on tax and regulatory implications of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with the Income-tax Act, GST, Ind AS, Companies Act, FEMA, Stamp Duty, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm or consulting firm.
• Strong expertise in transaction advisory, valuations, due diligence, and M&A transactions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
