Senior Manager Training

• Develop training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and soft skills.
• Design and deliver training modules on leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials such as e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms like surveys or assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience 2 years as Senior Manager Training in Learning & Development or Training function in BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
