Job Title: Senior Manager Trainer

Location: Chennai

Process: International Voice Process Inbound & Outbound

Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience in International Voice Process.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Senior Manager Training / Manager Training.
• Mandatory experience in Inbound and Outbound Voice Process.
• Strong experience in Training Operations / Process Training.
• Current/previous designation should reflect Manager / Senior Manager Training or equivalent leadership role.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience in International Voice Process Training.
• Experience handling New Hire and Refresher Training.
• Experience in training content, SOPs and training materials.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Training Metrics and Performance Management.
• Experience in trainer management and development.
• Good communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Training Operations across assigned sites.
• Manage training teams and large-scale operations.
• Plan and manage New Hire and Refresher Training.
• Develop and update training content, SOPs and materials.
• Monitor trainer performance, quality and training effectiveness.
• Identify training gaps through QA and performance data.
• Develop and implement training plans and client-specific programs.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards and MBR/WBR decks.
• Coach and develop trainers to improve performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth training operations.

Preferred Profile:

• International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with International Voice Training experience will be preferred.
• Experience in both Inbound and Outbound Voice Process is mandatory.
• Candidates with International Retail Voice Process / Training experience will be preferred.

Shift: Australian Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days | Rotational Week-offs

Mode of Work: Work From Office
