About the Role

Join the PayU Rewards Team to design and roll out strategic reward programs (Benefits, STI, SIP, LTI, etc.)

You ll proactively monitor and measure program effectiveness, recommend improvements based on analysis and market benchmarks, and serve as a subject-matter expert on market best practices.

You ll also partner with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of reward programs

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic reward programs (Sales Incentive, Benefits, Variable Plans) aligned with company strategy.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current reward programs; recommend actions based on data and market trends.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on rewards, with a strong understanding of market best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and delivery of reward programs.

Experience Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, and benefits.
• Proven track record in designing and leading large-scale rewards programs in fast-paced organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into effective rewards solutions.
• Experience in market benchmarking, job evaluation, and implementing best practices in compensation and benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
