Summary

The Senior Manager, Technology - Program Management is responsible for leading enterprise-wide portfolio of projects, serving as the single-threaded owner for planning, governance, and execution across product technology and AI organization. This role drives predictable execution, executive alignment, and value realization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end technology integration delivery for mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs.

- Lead integration planning and execute integration roadmaps.

- Partner with respective stakeholders including business verticals, Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, and Operations to align scope and sequencing.

- Drive synergy realization, dependency management, and risk mitigation.

- Establish and run program-level governance, planning cadence, and executive reporting.

- Lead delivery of large-scale cross-domain programs spanning Business applications, platforms, ERP, Procurement, Data, Integrations, and Operations.

- Manage integrated schedules, interdependencies, RAID logs, and executive decision forums.

- Own program financials including budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, and ROI tracking.

- Coordinate data migration, integrations, cutover planning, and stabilization.

- Drive platform standardization, adoption, and operating-model alignment.

- Serve as the primary engagement lead for large scale technology programs, systems integrators, and supporting vendors.

- Define SOWs, milestones, acceptance criteria, and performance metrics.

- Ensure vendor accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.

- Manage vendor risks, escalations, and commercial governance.

- Maintain executive-ready reporting and traceability.

- Establish and mature PMO standards, templates, and delivery frameworks.

- Mentor internal PMs and program leads supporting business critical initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement across planning and delivery maturity.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Leads and influences matrixed teams of Program Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and vendor delivery teams.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

15+ years of experience in program and portfolio management with significant program leadership experience.

Experience in field services or asset-intensive industries strongly preferred.

Language Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with executive audiences.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to manage complex budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Reasoning Ability

Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making capabilities.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, and reporting tools.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

Standard office environment; extended screen time expected.

Other Skills/Abilities and Qualifications

Experience in PE-backed or high-growth acquisition environments.

Experience with GCC / onshore - offshore delivery models.

Strong change leadership mindset.
