About this role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our Technology.Digital - GTB Titan department. In this role, you will manage application support, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure the stability and smooth operation of our digital banking platforms. Your responsibilities will include leading a multi-skilled support team, covering 7-day operations, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience. This role is crucial for our international expansion, particularly in Egypt, as it involves managing the DigiCollect and Supply Chain Finance platforms.
- Lead and manage a multi-skilled support team for application support, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain production stability and manage incidents.
- Oversee 7-day operations with 18-hour coverage, ensuring seamless customer support and service.
- Manage and support cloud and on-premise infrastructure, optimizing performance and security.
- Ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements, maintaining a robust and secure environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, focusing on a growing and diverse customer base.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions with business goals and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application support, with a proven track record in managing complex systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and on-premise infrastructure, with experience in managing both.
- Knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in working with international teams and clients, particularly in the Egyptian market.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to incident management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities.
- Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or relevant project management frameworks are preferred.
