Senior Manager - ( Technical Services)

• To represent Avi-Oil externally with customers, suppliers and partners and to create a positive external image of the Company
• To Providing expert advice and assistance to customers, addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting technical evaluations
• Contributing to the development of new products and applications, working with R&D and customers
• Ensuring products meet quality standards, managing blending facilities, and maintaining quality control processes
• Responsible for maintaining the Quality standards and certifications of the company
• Strong relationships with customers, serving as the technical point of contact
• Developing and delivering training programs
• Collaborating with OEMs to obtain product approvals and endorsements, ensuring compatibility and performance
• Monitoring market trends
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation
• Contributing to the development of cost-effective lubricant formulations andprocesses
• Working with additive suppliers and other vendors to ensure the quality andavailability of raw materials and components

Education- B.E or B.Tech - Chemical/Petrochemical or M.Sc. (Chemistry)
