Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT services industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
