Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job: (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):

• Lead the monthly core buy collaboration process for all product categories, consolidating regional demand into a single global buy recommendation
• Summarize global and regional buys, providing leadership with visibility into key changes, decisions, delivery outlook, and supply risks
• Partner with factories to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization with regional demand and need by dates
• Monitor supplier plan adherence and proactively address capacity constraints and delivery risks
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, supplier performance, and ways of working
• Partner directly with vendors throughout the implementation of a new collaboration tool to drive successful adoption across the vendor base
• Support speed-to-market models by aligning demand, capacity, and delivery plans with accelerated business timelines
• Lead, develop, and manage Senior Supply Planning Analysts
  
  

Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ year of experience in apparel supply planning, production, or sourcing
• Prior experience working with regional partners
• Prior experience with supervising and developing direct reports
