Senior Manager - Supply Chain Analytics - Consulting

This is a full-time role based in Gurugram, India, focused on performance improvement, cost transformation, and operational improvement programs across industries.

Required more than 40% - 50% experience in a Consulting firm.

The team partners with global consulting teams to drive cost transformation and operational improvement programs across industries. The role supports a broad range of client engagements spanning:

1. Procurement Optimization:

- Spend analytics, category strategy, vendor strategy, and procurement maturity assessment

2. Supply Chain Optimization:

- Inventory diagnostics, network optimization, manufacturing diagnostics, and integrated business planning

3. Working Capital & Cost Diagnostics:

- Working capital improvement, cost diagnostics, post-merger integration, and synergy analysis

The team combines consulting problem-solving with advanced analytics and technology-enabled solutions, leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.

The role also involves developing intellectual property, reusable toolkits, and next-generation AI/automation-enabled solutions, including practical applications of GenAI tools to accelerate diagnostics, improve insight generation, and scale repeatable delivery models.

About You:

- Undergraduate degree with 11 - 15 years of relevant experience in consulting or operations/cost transformation roles

- Postgraduate degree with 9 - 12 years of relevant experience in consulting or operations/cost transformation

- Deep expertise in cost optimization and EBITDA improvement programs, including diagnostics, value identification, initiative design, and implementation support across Supply Chain or Manufacturing

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, team management, and project management skills

- Ability to deliver clear and professional presentations to senior stakeholders

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI

- Familiarity with AI, automation, and GenAI tools such as Claude / ChatGPT and/or Python is a plus, particularly where applied to analytics, workflow efficiency, knowledge synthesis, or solution development

- Exposure to procurement and supply chain systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, JDA, Llamasoft, or Optilogic is preferred

- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling solutions and products

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with strong collaboration and leadership orientation
