Proficient in SQL for data analysis and requirements validation 6. Experience with Agile frameworks 7. Ability to leverage AI tools for business analysis and process improvement 8. Experience creating functional system requirements specifications 9. Knowledge of software development life cycle Preferred Skills: 1. Experience in Trade Finance domain 2. Understanding of programming languages such as Python 3. Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting environment Desired Qualifications: 1. Associate's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline 2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 3.
