About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    Organization Brief:

GUS Global Services is the Indian arm of Global University Systems, a Netherlands-based organisation in higher education.

GUS Global provides services to its academic partners, including UPES and Pearl Academy in India.

    Website: https://www.gusindia.global/

    About the Role:

We are looking for a high-potential, agile professional to join the CEO Office and work on a diverse portfolio of strategic and high-priority initiatives across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS.

This is a high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to different businesses and functions, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the organisation's growth and transformation.

The role will involve moving across projects and priorities, often working with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two projects are necessarily the same.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Work on strategic, high-priority projects identified by the CEO Office across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS.

    - Support senior leadership on new initiatives, business opportunities, partnerships, transformation projects and special assignments.

    - Conduct research, analyse information and develop insights to support strategic decision-making.

    - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to execution.

    - Prepare presentations, business cases, project updates and leadership-level communication.

    - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and businesses.

    - Identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement and proactively develop solutions.

    - Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through and execution.

    - Gain exposure to multiple areas of the organisation, including academics, business, partnerships, operations, marketing, strategy and new ventures.

    - Take ownership of projects independently while working closely with the CEO Office and senior leadership.

    What Makes This Role Different:

This is not a role confined to one function or business vertical.

It is designed for someone who wants to understand how a diversified education group operates and be exposed to some of its most important strategic initiatives.

    The role offers:

    - High visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.

    - Exposure to a wide range of strategic and business-critical projects.

    - Opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across functions.

    - Significant learning, ownership and accelerated professional development.

    - The opportunity to move between projects and work on emerging priorities across the organisation.

    - Exposure to new businesses, partnerships, innovation and transformation initiatives.

    Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is:

    - Curious, highly driven and comfortable with ambiguity.

    - A strong problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills.

    - Comfortable working across multiple projects and changing priorities.

    - Able to work independently and take ownership.

    - Confident interacting with senior stakeholders.

    - Highly organised, detail-oriented and execution-focused.

    - Comfortable working across different teams, functions and businesses.

    - Willing and able to travel frequently as required by projects and organisational priorities.

The role is best suited for someone who wants breadth of exposure, enjoys solving new problems and is excited by the opportunity to work on initiatives that sit at the intersection of strategy, business and execution
