Senior Manager - Strategic Business Change

We are looking for a Strategic Business Change Senior Manager to act as the primary Delivery Lead for the CTJ (Client Transformation Journey) workstream. You will lead large-scale strategic transformation programs, orchestrating cross-functional teams to redesign client journeys and deliver sustainable operating model improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Delivery Lead accountable for driving the end-to-end execution of the CTJ workstream.
• Lead business readiness, change management, and operational transition activities across business lines.
• Align executive stakeholders, manage project dependencies, and unblock execution bottlenecks.
• Measure and report change adoption metrics, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery milestones.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Delivery Lead or Senior Change Manager in global banking or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience driving customer/client transformation journeys (CTJ) and target operating model change.
• Exceptional executive presence, program management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
