Senior Manager - Solution /SME

Role Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of taxation and technology-driven compliance solutions. The individual will work closely with the Business Development, Product, and Technology teams to support client engagements, demonstrate digital tax solutions, provide tax domain expertise, and contribute to the development and enhancement of innovative tax technology products. This role requires a combination of technical tax knowledge, business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Development team to understand client requirements and demonstrate digital tax solutions to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Act as a tax subject matter expert during client discussions, helping articulate the business and compliance benefits of proposed solutions.
• Analyse client challenges, assess existing tax and compliance processes, and recommend suitable technology-enabled solutions aligned with their business needs.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, solution documents, functional requirement documents, and other client-facing materials.
• Participate in client workshops, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution discussions to showcase product capabilities and address client queries.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to provide functional tax inputs for the development, testing, and enhancement of tax technology solutions.
• Contribute to the ideation and innovation of new digital tax offerings by identifying market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging client requirements.
• Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs to enhance the team's understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and product functionalities.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements, analysing their impact on existing products and supporting the incorporation of necessary updates.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating solution features, value propositions, and key differentiators.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project and business development outcomes.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong knowledge of Indian direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Exposure to tax technology, or digital transformation
