Senior Manager - Solution Design

Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional for the role of Senior Manager Solution Design to lead logistics solutioning and operational design initiatives. The role involvesdeveloping optimized and cost-effective logistics solutions, designing inbound logisticsframeworks, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful implementation ofprojects with a strong focus on operational efficiency and profitability. The incumbent willcollaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams todeliver innovative, scalable, and sustainable logistics solutions while mentoring and motivatingthe team towards continuous improvement and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Working out optimized solution for logistics problem statement Inbound Logistics Design Ensure all solution and implementation are properly scheduled and documented. Debriefing of actions. Making action plans. Ensure all the documentations necessary for operations is completed. Providing training to subordinates. Must be good Motivator Must have creative thinking. Ensuring tasks are completed as per schedule. Discussing with prospective customers and guide the team appropriately. Must encourage team members towards value addition and innovative ideas. Initiating improvement projects in existing operations. Monitoring margin of project implemented.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate and/or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or relateddiscipline from a recognized institute/university.

48 years of relevant experience in logistics solution design, supply chain operations,inbound logistics, or operational excellence roles.
