Senior Manager- Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing end-to-end technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of digital and engineering solutions across automotive platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient solution architectures for automotive applications.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, product development, and IT teams to define solution roadmaps.
• Develop system architecture diagrams, integration frameworks, and technical specifications.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across connected vehicle, manufacturing, engineering, or enterprise applications.
• Evaluate technologies and recommend appropriate platforms, tools, and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, quality, security, and governance requirements.
• Support system integration,testing, deployment, and production rollout activities.
• Identify project risks and provide technical mitigation plans.
• Work closely with vendors and external partners for technology implementation.

Required Skills :

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Solution Architecture principles.
• Experience in system and application architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with API architecture, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
