Key Responsibilities :
Client Leadership
- Own end-to-end client relationships and ensure seamless day-to-day communication
- Act as the brand and subject-matter expert for accounts under your purview
- Lead short- and long-term brand strategy, insights, and consulting-led solutions
- Translate client briefs accurately into actionable direction for internal teams
- Proactivelyidentify opportunities, ideas, and solutionsthat drive business impact
- Schedule and lead regular reviews, reporting, and health-check meetings (internal & external)
- Flag, manage, and resolve escalations effectively
- Oversee financial processes and account hygiene for managed clients
Team Leadership
