Senior Manager - Simulation & Virtual Commissioning - US MNC

Role & responsibilities

• Perform Digital Twin & Virtual Modeling.
• Perform Virtual Commissioning.
• Strong understanding of PLC/HMI systems, industrial communication protocols, and proficiency in simulation and automation applications
• Partner with mechanical, electrical, and controls software teams to iterate on designs and flag mechanical or logical conflicts early in the design phase.
• Generate comprehensive simulation reports, risk assessment documentation, and validation logs for internal teams and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, Automation, Robotics with 60% & above throughout (X, XII, Degree, Masters).
• Over all Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience out of which 2+ years of experience in industrial simulation platforms
• Project Experience in EOL Automation &/or High Density ASRS for Pallet loads is preferred
• Proficiency in Python or C++ for writing custom behaviors, data analysis, or simulation scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Automation industry
