Senior Manager -Shift Incharge

Purpose/Objective

This role is responsible to execute operations of the thermal power plant during the shift, focusing on operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.
The Lead Assistant Shift In-charge will support the management of all units, switchyard, and Balance of Plant (BoP), and will work closely with the Desk Engineer and other team members to maintain optimal plant performance and handle emergencies.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: BE/B.
tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience (Range of years): Minimum of 12+ years of experience in power plant operations with a focus on thermal power plants Preferred Industry: Experience in the power generation industry, specifically with thermal power plants, is highly preferred.
