Senior Manager Sales

Hot Duties:

Build sales plans focused on healthcare segments such as physician practices, specialty clinics, hospitals, behavioral health organizations, and healthcare groups

Duties:

• Develop and execute sales pipelines to achieve monthly, quarterly, & annual revenue targets
• Build sales plans focused on healthcare segments such as physician practices, specialty clinics, hospitals, behavioral health organizations, and healthcare groups
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT/EHR/EMR
• 3+ years of sales pipeline management experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and technology adoption
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience working with Resellers/Partners is a plus
• Experience selling into HealthTech or regulated industries in APAC markets
• Exposure to sales engagement and revenue intelligence platforms such as Apollo, SalesLoft, Gong, or Clari
• Experience coaching or leading a small sales pod, or readiness to grow into people leadership
• Awareness of data privacy obligations in sales conversations (GDPR, HIPAA)
