Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities

- Regularly visit existing as well as new customer as a face of BFL do new businesses

- Understand and analysis the aluminum die casting market time to time

- Monitor and manage existing customers with total satisfaction and create new opportunities to achieve higher share of market.

- Create quarterly, half yearly and yearly marketing new business development budget.

- Provide necessary inputs to Business Head for volume and Business Planning.

- For new enquiries, get NDA signed and submit offer after completing the engg. Feasibility.

- Take initiative of developing new product by interfacing the engg. Department for delighting customers

- Review of New business by weekly with Respective heads and take the support if any.

- Support organization in improving cash flow and follow up with customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Serve as a techno-commercial manager for sales, Marketing and Business Development

- Customer coordination in aluminum die-casting business environment

- Customer Handling for CLWT

- Should be able to lead the interface with engineering and submit techno-commercial responses to customers RFQ

- Coordinate with finance for receivable

- Marketing and Sales activities for CLWT

- Achieve new business for CLWT to fill the capacity and further expansion

- Develop and discuss SWOT analysis of competition and brain storm the same with business unit head

- Ensure price revise based on customer agreement

- Ensure collection of receivable payments in timely manner without delay

Ensure total marketing team coordination and support the pears for new business development
