Senior Manager - Retail Channel Finance & Insurance - CV

Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible for ensuring channel partner have finance options for retail sales and working capital. The role helps drive business growth for channel partner and provides risk management the organization. The role also facilitates sales by offering insurance as additional value to all customers

Job Responsibility

1. Risk Management:
Develop and execute plans to provide channel partners with access to multiple approved lines of credit to help business growth and de-risking of Tata Motors Limited business
Support channel partners to achieve 45 days working capital adequacy
Work with dealers to assess the availably of credit and induct additional financiers to reduce financier concentration risk at dealership
Monitor and analysis utilization of credit lines by dealers and make recommendations to optimize
Monitor and help each dealer achieve multiple retail finance relationships including PCG volume
Facilitate dealers having multiple retail financiers and banks, to minimize dependency on a few helping de-risk the business for Tata Motors Limited
Facilitate dealers offering multiple retail financier schemes to customers to drive closure of leads
Check that all top 5 financier should comprise of at least 50% of retail finance business with all having minimum 10% share by tracking the financing data for each dealer.
Drive Tata Motors Insurance penetration with dealers to help generating revenue and value added services us

2. Relationship Management:
Coordinate and work with dealers, banks and financiers to provide the dealer with financial options to help drive business growth.

3. People Management:
Train dealers on best practices of optimizing credit line for working capital

Negotiation for tie-ups and launch of localized schemes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education : MBA (Marketing Or Finance ) or equivalent degree
• Relevant Experience : 8 10 Years
• Understanding of Financials
• Knowledge of Loan Products, Auto Financing Process, CV Financing, Channel Management
