Senior Manager Replenishment

Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20-25 LPA) Min Experience: 7+ years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, analyzing market trends, and effectively managing the replenishment process. You will play a critical role in maintaining a seamless flow of products to our stores and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a leadership position that requires strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Market research and analysis on latest trends
• New Design Introduction - Stock fill planning
• Based on the data placing order for the products with vendors
• Assess quantity of product against demand and supply
• Responsible for finalizing quality and caratage of the products
• Ensuring required Jewellery delivery with the TAT
• Identifying the location where the product will be most desired
• Design offers and discount to be associated with the product
• Design Ranking
• Product Life Cycle Management
• Coordinate with the stores for replenishment on daily basis
• Season Up stocking
• Strong in excel & stakeholder management
• Data Gap Analysis for New Product Introduction
• Sales and Order projection
• Market benchmarking - Gold rate, diamond rate, buyback, exchange, making charges

Skill Required

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in replenishment management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer preferences in the jewellery industry
• Familiarity with product life cycle management and inventory control principles
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
