WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER F&D (FORMULATIONS)

We are looking for an experienced "Senior Manager – F&D (Formulations)" to join our "R&D Centre at Juinagar, Navi Mumbai".

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Qualification: M. Pharm
Experience: 15–18 Years
Reporting To: DGM – F&D (Formulations)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely execution.
2. Lead formulation development projects from concept to commercialization.
3. Supervise pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and feasibility assessments.
4. Drive prototype development, organize internal review meetings, and oversee analytical result discussions.
5. Conduct and guide formulation trials, stability studies, scale-up, validation batches, and support BE studies.
6. Encourage adoption of new technologies, innovative formulation strategies, and process optimizations.
7. Ensure smooth departmental functioning with optimal use of materials, machines, and manpower.
8. Coordinate regulatory activities including test licenses and API/RLD import permissions.
9. Foster collaboration and compliance across R&D operations; present product updates in review meetings.
10. Facilitate vendor identification and selection for critical materials and resources.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Purchase, PMO, ADL, RA, QA, Production, TT, IP, and Marketing.
12. Mentor, train, and guide junior scientists to build technical expertise and accountability.
13. Ensure accurate technical documentation, GMP compliance, and audit readiness; review development reports, PDR, MFR, BMR, and validation protocols.
14. Support regulatory submissions with complete technical data and provide insights for portfolio planning, risk assessment, and alignment with organizational objectives.
15. Support HOD in milestone setting and achievement tracking, and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
