Senior Manager, Quality Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Quality Engineering team in designing, developing, and executing test plans for complex software applications using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Cucumber BDD framework to ensure high-quality delivery of products.
• Analyze defects reported by customers or internal stakeholders, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 10-18 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field (Agile/Scrum).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in API automation testing using JUnit or equivalent frameworks.
