Senior Manager - Quality Assurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with quality standards for electrical panels, switchgear, isolators, MCCBs, RCCBs, and other related products.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or non-conformities in production processes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for quality control procedures, test plans, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, manufacturing, and testing.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in the power industry as a QA Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel design, switchgear systems, isolators, MCCBs, RCCBs, and other relevant equipment.
• Proven track record of ensuring high-quality products meet customer requirements through effective quality control processes.
