Senior Manager – Projects with a strong background in

manufacturing and industrial project management . 📍

Experience: 8–10+ Years

Mandatory Requirements ✔️

8+ years of experience in

Manufacturing / Industrial Project Management ✔️ Experience in

manufacturing plants, industrialization, localization, manufacturing transfer, and operational excellence ✔️ Strong expertise in

manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, Value Engineering, Cost Optimization, and Supply Chain Management ✔️ Hands-on experience in

estimating project costs, CAPEX, ROI, and risk assessment ✔️ Experience in

optimizing supply chain processes and purchasing functions ✔️ Knowledge of

Jigs & Fixtures and mass production environments ✔️ BE / MSc in

Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering ⚠️
