- Assist Service Delivery Manager with portfolio financial management activities generating reports that capture planned actual and forecasted budgets across all portfolio projects
- Monitor compliance to the firms Project Management standards and processes for all project deliveries ensuring risk and quality guidelines are followed
- Collaborate across Talent portfolio resources to assist in schedule meetings
- Maintain risk and issues logs across all active programs and work with various Delivery managers to track progress resolution and overall status
- Assist Service Delivery managers with resource identification allocation and resource leveling based on various demands
- Follow up on open production incident tickets coming into Service Delivery queue and work with various Service Delivery Managers and Project managers to plan execute and close those open incidents
- Assist Service Delivery managers with pipeline demand meetings to allocate project managers and initiating demand assessment processes within the team
- Work with Service Delivery Mangers and Project Managers to cohesively collect and report on status reports for leadership purview
- Excellent organizational time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results
- Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred but not required
- Should have relevant project coordination experience to work with various team members globally in a virtual environment
- Case management demand management tool experience eg ServiceNow
- Strong excel based reporting including developing pivots and charts along with power BI skills to illustrate and assimilate information quickly to leadership
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field Business IT or related
- At least 3-5 years of industry experience in business or IT with experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- 1 to 3 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
- Knowledge of project management methodologies tools and best practices
