Senior Manager - Production

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee manpower handling on the shop floor, including supervision and training of operators.
• Develop and implement effective production strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments  to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, raw materials availability, etc.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within an auto components industry setting.
• Strong background in production management, including daily production planning and shop floor control.
• Proven ability to handle large teams effectively through strong leadership skills.
• Experience working with machine shops or manufacturing environments requiring high attention to detail.
