Bid Leadership & Management

• Own and manage the complete bid process from opportunity qualification through contract award.
• Lead bid planning, strategy development, resource coordination, and submission management.
• Drive adherence to bid management processes and best practices.

Proposal Development

• Coordinate creation of high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender responses.
• Facilitate executive reviews and obtain leadership approvals.
• Ensure all bid submissions meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Commercial & Risk Management

• Support pricing and commercial strategy development.

Continuous Improvement

• Maintain bid repositories, templates, and knowledge databases.
• Analyze win/loss feedback and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in bid management, presales, proposal management, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar bids.
• Strong understanding of IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Application Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services.
• Experience working with global customers.
