Presales and Customer facing:
- Presales: support in identifying, pursuing, closing sales opportunities, including proposal creation and presentation
- Define process, methodology and thought leadership.
- Fine tune service offerings and solutions based on customer needs.
- Lead client pitches and proposal defence sessions with the customer.
- Own the technical proposal including but not limited to scope understanding, architecture definition, effort estimates etc.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Azure/ AWS & Data engineering and BI technologies like Databricks/Fabric/Snowflake/Power BI/Tableau/Looker
- Be involved in pre-sales, account growth, reactive/proactive delivery support(nice to have) etc.
