About The Role

Dezy is hiring a Senior Manager – Pre-Sales to own the patient funnel from first enquiry to clinic walk-in across Dezy's network. This role is for a sales professional with 5-8 years of experience who has managed inside sales or tele-sales teams and wants to own outcomes, not just activity. A clinical background is not required.

You will lead the tele-sales, lead management, and appointment teams, and be accountable for how every lead is handled, qualified, booked, and brought into a Dezy clinic. You'll own the conversion numbers, tighten the processes, and drive daily performance across the team.

Requirements

• 6 days a week. Work from HSR Office
• 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4-6 years managing inside sales, tele-sales, or contact center teams
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, education, or other high-consideration consumer categories is strongly preferred
• Track record of owning funnel metrics (lead-to-appointment, show-up, conversion), not just call volumes
• Experience managing teams of 15-40 people, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Hands-on comfort with CRMs, dialers, and funnel reporting; strong in Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable with targets, data, and direct performance conversations
• Strong communicator in English; Kannada and/or Hindi preferred
• Structured, process-driven, and able to execute hands-on while improving systems Key Responsibilities
• Own the pre-sales funnel across channels and clinics: speed-to-lead, lead qualification, appointment booking, and show-up rates
• Manage and coach the tele-sales and appointment teams to daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Work with Marketing on lead quality and channel feedback, and with clinic teams on smooth handoffs into consultations
• Run call quality audits, scorecards, and incentive tracking for the team
• Build and refine pitch scripts, objection handling, and follow-up playbooks for no-shows and dormant leads
• Drive CRM discipline and lead routing; work with Product and Tech on improving funnel tools
• Hire and onboard team members ahead of new clinic launches
