Senior Manager - Planning (TLT)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities for TLT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  
• Provide leadership guidance to junior team members on planning methodologies and best practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in tower & transmission line planning or related field (steel plant).
  
• Proven track record in leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
  
• Strong understanding of coordination principles for successful project execution.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
