Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop annual placement calendars aligned with placement goals and work towards achieving the goal
• Identify skill gaps among students through assessments and feedback

2. Industry Collaboration

• Work closely with the companies to understand industry needs
• Ensure training outcomes match employer expectations
• Arrange corporate talks, bootcamps, and certification programs

3. Process & Quality Management

• Standardize training processes, frameworks, and evaluation methods
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the placement process

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of MBA/PGDM curriculum and placement processes
• Ability to connect to industries and companies for placement
• Familiarity with LMS platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Industry networks for collaboration (preferred)

Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in Placement
• Experience in EdTech or higher education institutions (preferred)
• HR domain experience can also apply
