• 10+ years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
• At least 2+ years of proven leadership as a Assistant Manager (or equivalent) in Physician Billing AR.
• Minimum team size handled should be 120-200 resources.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer guidelines, and AR processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in RCM tools, AR management platforms, and reporting systems.
  Strong client-facing experience with US healthcare providers.
