About this role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing & Growth with 8 - 12 years of experience, preferably across a leading digital agency or high-growth consumer business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage attribution, funnel analytics, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Drive landing-page optimization and CRO initiatives.
- Utilize GA4 and digital analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
- Leverage AI tools for marketing analysis, optimization, and automation.
- Collaborate on marketing automation, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
Requirements:
- MBA qualification is required.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in healthcare, consumer internet, e-commerce, or BFSI is an advantage.
