About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- MBA in Finance/MBA in HR
- GCC/Shared service experiences are must
- India Payroll and Income tax experience is must.
- Knowledge of SAP – ERP system (HR Module) SAP ECC 6.0 or S4/HANA is must
- Able to handle; Payroll calculation like, Gross to Net, Leave encashment, PF, ESI, Statutory Bonus, Gratuity, Over time etc.
- Work with data from multiple systems and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented
- Advanced MS Excel skills specifically Pivot Tables, Look Ups and Nested If statements
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Respond to Employees and client inquiries and assist in month end closing activities and other projects as needed.
- Nice to have skills like Power BI, Gen AI etc.
- Experience working with SOP-driven operational processes and reporting activities.
- Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, report generation, and operational controls.
- Ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under time pressure
- Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple cross-discipline teams on problem resolution as well as identifying best practices and process efficiencies
