Senior Manager - Payroll Services

Role & responsibilities

To Lead, Direct and Control all Payroll teams and associated processes with the objective of paying our colleagues accurately and on time. The position requires working closely with Senior Personnel Managers in UK.

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

- Developing and leading an impactful team, giving them the opportunities to be their best

- Delivering on agreed Business SLAs for the payroll team consistently

- Communicating performance of the team to relevant partners and payroll teams

- Providing leadership over direct reports and lead all aspects of staffing or headcount n the payroll function

- Overseeing internal and external audits related to the payroll function

- Effective succession planning

- Reviewing and Controlling the overall efficiency of all people related activities in the department like Hiring, Performance Appraisals, Talent Management, Rewards and Recognition and Salary increments

- Utilization of Human Resources and infrastructure as per budgeted numbers in an efficient manner

- Utilization and allocation of staff welfare budgets

- Delivering efficiency increase year on year as per the set strategic objectives

- Strengthening relationship with relevant payroll contacts through regular connects
