To lead, develop, and continuously improve passivation processes for precision metal components, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, cosmetic requirements, corrosion resistance standards, and environmental regulations. The position is responsible for achieving world-class quality, process stability, productivity

Preferred candidate profile

1 Strong hands-on knowledge of Nitric Acid and Citric Acid Passivation processes

2 Expertise in Aluminum/Stainless Steel Passivation for corrosion-resistant applications

3 Knowledge of Electropolishing, Pickling, Cleaning, and Surface Preparation processes

4 Understanding of metal surface chemistry and contamination control

5 Experience in cosmetic-grade finishing requirements for consumer electronics
