Senior Manager – Partnerships | Role Overview We are looking for a Manager – Partnerships to drive and scale our channel and strategic partnership ecosystem across assigned regions for our International Branch Campuses. This role will be responsible for building strong recruitment pipelines through counsellor networks, study-abroad agencies, feeder institutions, and local education ecosystem partners. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle within your region—from partner identification and onboarding to performance management and execution—while working closely with central Partnerships, Outreach, and Admissions teams to achieve enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities
- Execute the channel partnerships strategy within the assigned region, aligned with national goals
- Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment partners to drive applications, conversions, and enrolments
- Support partner contracting processes, including documentation, renewals, and compliance adherence
- Track and optimise partner performance through regular reviews and data-driven interventions
- Enable partners through training sessions, on-ground engagement, and continuous support for effective programme representation
- Build and strengthen relationships with key regional stakeholders including IECs, Edtech companies and education ecosystem players
- Work closely with Outreach and Admissions teams to ensure alignment on partner-driven pipelines and timelines
- Drive on-ground activations such as partner visits, events, and counselling support to improve conversions
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on regional trends, competition, and regulatory developments
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in channel partnerships, student recruitment, or education alliances
- Strong understanding of regional study-abroad ecosystems and counsellor networks
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive performance outcomes
- Good understanding of commercial structures and partner engagement models
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
