Senior Manager - Partnerships & Alliance

Role Description:

The Senior Manager Partnerships & Alliance will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships that support FatakPays growth and product expansion. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves owning the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners such as lenders, insurers, ecosystem platforms, and distribution channels.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, risk, and operations teams to design and launch joint initiatives.

- Analyze market trends, develop business cases, manage pipeline and forecasts, and track partnership KPIs.

- Manage contracts, governance of alliance frameworks, and continuous optimization of partnership structures to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances, with experience in identifying, structuring, and scaling high-impact collaborations.

- Proven ability in Strategic Partnerships and Business Planning, including market analysis, financial modeling, and long-term growth planning.

- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to influence stakeholders, lead negotiations, and present complex partnership proposals clearly.

- Demonstrated experience in fintech, financial services, or digital consumer platforms.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, risk, and operations teams.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
