Senior Manager- Partner Development (Technology Alliances)

MoEngage is looking for a driven Senior Manager - Partner Development (Technology Alliances) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our ecosystem by forging strong relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), driving native integrations, and managing global go-to-market programs to boost pipeline and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Connect and encourage ISVs to build a native integration with MoEngage to support Ecosystem growth.
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize integrations and ensure support for building and listing integrations.
• Work closely with Partner Marketing to launch integrations with relevant content assets and promotional campaigns.
• Manage global GTM programs with priority partners to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
• Ensure enablement and certification of partners.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and execute various marketing campaigns.
• Build and execute programs to foster deeper relationships with GTM teams of partners.

Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities)

• Experience in technology, cloud partnerships.
• Experience in business development.
• Deep understanding of ISV Alliances, Partner Ecosystems, and Co-marketing.
• Ability to own parts of the program independently and drive desired outcomes.
• Familiarity with Martech SaaS solutions will be a definite advantage.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
