Senior Manager, Outreach - Office of Graduate Admissions and Outreach

Role Summary: The Senior Manager – Outreach is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling outreach strategies to strengthen the visibility and positioning of AMSOM's MBA programme. This role focuses on building partnerships, driving results through college outreach and partner outreach, and engaging diverse applicant pools across India. The Senior Manager will ensure alignment with institutional goals and admissions targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Outreach & Partnerships

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to improve quality, quantity and diversity for AMSOM's MBA.
• Build and nurture partnerships with colleges, coaching institutes and aggregators.
• Represent AMSOM at education fairs.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, influencer-driven) to attract high-quality applicants.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design creative content, social media engagement, and website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for reach, engagement, and conversion.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with students, parents, alumni, and outreach partners to build trust and credibility.
• Organise information sessions, webinars, and workshops to showcase the MBA programme's value proposition.
• Ensure outreach activities reflect AMSOM's inclusive and student-friendly ethos.
• Work closely with the Faculty / Programme Chair for support during outreach.

4. Data-Driven Insights

• Track outreach metrics (leads, conversions, ROI) and prepare analytical reports for leadership.
• Use data to identify emerging applicant trends and untapped markets.
• Recommend strategies to strengthen pipeline quality and diversity.

5. Team Work & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with admissions operations to align outreach with the applicant journey.
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and accountability within the Graduate Admissions team.

Qualification:

Graduate/PG with 8 -12 years of relevant outreach experience working with premium institutes
